The COBB 7H2160 Redline Carbon Fiber Intake is engineered to deliver both performance gains and premium aesthetics for the Honda Civic Type R (FL5) and Acura Integra Type-S (DE5). Constructed entirely from 2x2 twill carbon fiber with a gloss clear coat, the system provides durability against heat and UV exposure while enhancing the appearance of the engine bay. A bespoke Redline badge highlights the integrated carbon intake scoop, while the billet knob allows quick and convenient airbox lid removal for servicing.

The system incorporates a CFD-optimized velocity stack and air-straightener grid within the Mass Air Flow housing, ensuring smooth airflow and accurate sensor readings. The MAF housing, featuring a 36% larger cross-section than stock, is designed as a lightweight, high-temperature composite to reduce heat transfer. A pre-oiled, large-capacity filter is paired with billet aluminum adapters, silicone couplers, and anodized clamps for a robust installation. Installation is straightforward, with drop-in assembly and simple filter servicing. Calibration support includes compatibility with COBB Stage 1+ and Stage 2 OTS maps.
