Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the original, unworn items with all ATOMIC-SHOP tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
