The VERUS ENGINEERING A0649A UCW Swan Neck Rear Wing Kit is engineered for the Toyota Supra Mk5 to significantly increase rear downforce, improve aerodynamic efficiency, and enhance on-track stability. Utilizing a swan neck (goose neck) mounting design, the wing operates in cleaner airflow above the wing surface, resulting in higher efficiency compared to traditional bottom-mounted rear wings.
Developed using advanced CFD analysis and ANSYS Adjoint Solver optimization, the UCW airfoil is tailored to maximize performance within the available design volume derived from the V1X platform. In-house 3D scan data ensures near-OEM fit and finish, while the wing mounts directly to the factory trunk and is designed to withstand substantial aerodynamic loads during track use.
The UCW rear wing is intended for track-focused vehicles requiring a significant increase in rear downforce to properly balance aggressive front aerodynamic systems, improving cornering stability, driver confidence, and lap time consistency.
