Textreme spread-tow carbon is used in demanding Formula 1 and aerospace applications due to its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. The diffuser is autoclave-cured in CAD-designed, CNC-machined molds, ensuring precise geometry and structural accuracy. Its aerodynamic behavior has been validated through Computational Fluid Dynamics analysis.

The carbon structure features a polished gloss finish that highlights the weave, achieved through advanced motorsport-grade manufacturing processes. This diffuser forms part of a broader Kline Innovation aero program that also includes a motorsport-inspired splitter, sideskirts, rear wing, and additional engine covers.
