The VERUS ENGINEERING A0594A UCW Swan Neck Rear Wing Kit is engineered for the BMW M4 (G82) to significantly increase rear downforce, improve aerodynamic balance, and enhance driver confidence during track use. Designed to mount directly to the factory trunk, the wing integrates cleanly with the vehicle while delivering a substantial aerodynamic performance increase.
The swan neck mounting configuration allows the wing element to fully utilize the low-pressure zone beneath the airfoil, resulting in higher efficiency and increased downforce with minimal drag penalty compared to bottom-mounted designs. The airfoil profile is derived from the V1X and was optimized using ANSYS adjoint analysis, CFD simulation, and wind tunnel testing to ensure consistent and predictable aerodynamic behavior.
In-house scan data was used throughout development to achieve a near-OEM fit and finish. The UCW rear wing is designed to balance aggressive front aerodynamic systems, such as a front splitter kit, making it a key component for drivers seeking reduced lap times and improved high-speed stability.
