The VERUS ENGINEERING A0211A UCW rear wing kit is developed for the Porsche 911 GT3 (991) to significantly increase rear downforce, improve high-speed stability, and enhance driver confidence during track use. Positioned between the Verus swan neck high-efficiency rear wing and the 300 mm V1X airfoil, the UCW wing features a 250 mm curved chord profile that generates higher downforce than the high-efficiency wing and substantially more downforce than comparable wings of similar size.
The airfoil was optimized using advanced analysis tools, including ANSYS adjoint solver methods and CFD simulations, to maximize performance within the defined build volume derived from the V1X platform. In-house scan data was used throughout the design process to ensure precise fitment and an OEM-level appearance once installed. The UCW rear wing is intended for vehicles equipped with substantial front aerodynamic systems, providing the rear downforce required to achieve a balanced aerodynamic setup.
