The VERUS ENGINEERING A0198A UCW Rear Wing Kit is engineered for the Subaru BRZ, Scion FR-S, and Toyota GT86 (ZN6 / ZC6) to deliver a substantial increase in rear downforce, improved vehicle balance, and enhanced confidence during track driving. The UCW rear wing was developed to bridge the gap between the Verus swan neck high-efficiency rear wing and the 300 mm V1X airfoil, utilizing a 250 mm curved chord airfoil derived from the V1X platform to generate higher downforce and improved efficiency compared to similarly sized competitor wings.

Advanced aerodynamic development methods, including ANSYS adjoint optimization and CFD analysis, were used to refine the airfoil geometry and ensure effective airflow performance when installed on the vehicle. In-house 3D scan data was incorporated during the design process to achieve near OEM-level fit and finish. This rear wing is intended for track-focused FT86-platform vehicles that require a significant increase in rear downforce to properly balance aggressive front aerodynamic systems.
