The VERUS ENGINEERING A0137A Underbody Cover Kit is designed to complete the factory underbody of the Porsche Cayman (987) by closing a large open section beneath the vehicle. Exposed underbody areas generate aerodynamic drag due to turbulent airflow, and the addition of flat aluminum panels helps streamline airflow along the vehicle’s underside. This results in reduced drag and improved aerodynamic efficiency.

By smoothing airflow before it reaches the rear diffuser, the underbody cover kit enhances the diffuser’s ability to generate downforce. Developed using computational fluid dynamics, the system is estimated to reduce the vehicle’s coefficient of drag by 0.007. The panels are manufactured from CNC-cut aluminum and finished in a durable black powder coat, providing both functional performance and long-term durability. The kit integrates with the factory underbody and is compatible with VERUS ENGINEERING rear diffusers.
