This competition-only exhaust system has been developed exclusively by the Akrapovic racing department and is intended solely for use with race-prepared Honda CBR600RR motorcycles. The system is engineered for professional racing applications and is not designed for standard production motorcycles.
The full system is manufactured using race-proven materials, with the muffler, link pipe, and headers produced from high-grade lightweight titanium. A carbon-fibre muffler bracket completes the assembly, contributing to reduced overall weight and high structural integrity. Different high-temperature titanium alloys are used in specific sections of the system to optimize performance, durability, and thermal resistance.
The distinctive hexagonal muffler is mounted in an under-seat position and is sandblasted and specially coated to ensure durability under demanding racing conditions. A dedicated logo application technique is used to provide increased heat resistance and long-term durability.
This exhaust system is used in WorldSSP and various national championships and complies fully with FIM WorldSSP noise limits of 107 dB (+3), with testing carried out by Akrapovic engineers in accordance with official FIM procedures.
The system does not fit a stock Honda CBR600RR. It has been developed specifically for motorcycles based on the HRC-SNG (Supersport New Generation) kit, which complies with WorldSSP regulations.
This product does not meet emission compliance requirements for street or highway use.
