The competition package for the Audi RS3 8V Sportback/Sedan 294KW/400PS (08/2017+) includes the EVO 3 intercooler upgrade kit and the downpipe kit. The intercooler upgrade kit features a high-performance core with dimensions of 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (stepped), providing an 84% larger inflow area and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler.

The competition high-performance intercooler core ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler. The core is a high-quality Tube Fin design with internal turbulators. The cast aluminium end boxes have been optimized using CFD flow analysis, and integrated air baffles at the inlet ensure even filling. The intercooler and crossbar form a stable unit, weighing 14.3 kg, and can be installed at the original mounting points as a 1:1 replacement. The system is tested up to 6 bar and is pressure-resistant.

The Wagner-Tuning Downpipe Kit for Audi RS3 8V facelift models is made from high-quality cast stainless steel 1.4301 (SS304) and is designed for maximum power and performance. The kit features 2x Ø70mm diameter, is CAD-designed and flow-optimized, and includes 2 lambda probe connections. It is compatible with the original aftercat pipes (not OPF) and optionally available with aftercat pipes with 2x200CPSI racing catalytic converters.

Important: It is recommended to use the standard version for power classes up to 600PS and the X version for power classes from 600PS.

Note: Possible recalibration of the ACC may be necessary.
