The Competition Intercooler Kit EVO3 for Audi TTRS 8S is now available with a parts certificate and two different intercooler core options. The Wagner Tuning EVO3 intercooler offers 101% more volume and is parts certified.

This high-performance intercooler is designed to optimize engine cooling, minimize back pressure, and deliver a significant increase in performance. The kit is available with official parts certification.

The EVO3 intercooler features a large core with mesh dimensions of 515 mm x 367 mm x 95 mm (stepped), providing an 84% larger flow area and 101% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. The system uses a high-quality competition tube fin mesh and cast aluminum end boxes, optimized for airflow using CFD analyses. Two versions are available: a standard version for power levels up to 600 hp and an X version for power above 600 hp. Installation uses the original mounting points and requires only minimal adjustments. The intercooler is pressure stable up to 6 bar and weighs 11.7 kg. An anti-corrosion coating ensures long-lasting performance.
