The Competition high performance intercooler is designed to maximize vehicle performance by significantly improving cooling efficiency. It features a 134% larger inflow area and 105% more charge air volume compared to the conventional intercooler, allowing the engine to receive more cooled air for increased power output.

The intercooler core measures 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm (17.13 liters), constructed from high quality Tube Fin material with internal turbulators for optimal heat transfer and airflow. Despite its size, the unit weighs only 9.5 kg, reducing the load on the vehicle. The cast aluminum end boxes are developed using CFD flow analysis for excellent cooling with minimal backpressure. An anti-corrosion coating ensures durability and effective heat conduction.

The kit is ready to install and allows for direct replacement of the stock intercooler with a plug and play design. It is tested up to 6 bar and is pressure stable. An optional kit with complete charge air piping, including three reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum charge air tube, is also available. All products undergo strict quality monitoring and are suitable for racing applications.
