The Competition Intercooler EVO 3 for Audi RS3 8V is now available with certification and two different intercooler core options. This intercooler features an 84% larger inflow area and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original unit. The weight is 15 kg, and it features 68mm inlet and outlet diameters. Installation is plug & play.

The high performance intercooler has core dimensions of 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (16.5L), offering a significant increase in cooling surface and charge air volume. The core is constructed from high-quality tube and fin materials with inside turbulators and cast aluminum end tanks optimized by CFD. Additional air guides inside the inlet ensure uniform filling of the intercooler. The intercooler and crossmember form a stable unit and mount to the original points for a straightforward 1:1 exchange.

Important note: It is recommended to use the standard version for power applications up to 600HP and the X-version for applications above 600HP.

Comment: Recalibration of the ACC may be necessary.
