The Wagner Tuning EVO 1 High-Performance Intercooler Kit is designed for the Ford Mustang 2.3 EcoBoost (2015 and newer, including facelift models). This intercooler kit offers a significant increase in performance and optimized cooling for enhanced efficiency.
The intercooler features a stepped core design with dimensions of 535 mm x 206 mm x 150 mm, providing a 45% larger flow area and 130% more charge air volume compared to the factory cooler. The free-form end boxes are made of cast aluminum and are flow-optimized to minimize back pressure and ensure optimal airflow to adjacent components.
This radiator is tested for pressure resistance up to 6 bar and weighs only 13.2 kg. It is coated for corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity, making it suitable for both road and racing applications. The kit is designed for simple plug & play installation and includes a custom-fit air duct, mounting materials, and detailed installation instructions.
