The Wagner Tuning Competition Gen.2 Intercooler Kit for Audi C5 RS6+ (US) is designed to deliver ultimate cooling performance and maximize engine output. This upgraded kit is developed for all RS6 models equipped with an additional water cooler behind the intercoolers, significantly improving intercooling and reducing back pressure.
The high-performance intercoolers feature mesh dimensions of 255x230x105 mm per unit, providing a 39% larger flow area and 98% more charge air volume compared to the original equipment. The newly developed competition high-performance mesh with advanced tube-fin technology ensures consistent, low charge air temperatures even under demanding conditions.
Cast aluminum end boxes, optimized using CAD flow analysis, guarantee optimal internal airflow and reduced back pressure. Each cooler weighs only 5.5 kg, and installation is straightforward with plug & play at the original mounting points. The kit includes carbon air ducts, air grilles without fog light mounts, a silicone hose kit with clamps, a bracket for the auxiliary water cooler, and all necessary mounting hardware.
