The VERUS ENGINEERING A0771A Turbo Heat Shield with AOS Bundle is designed for the 2021+ Toyota GR Supra 3.0L equipped with the six-port B58 intake manifold. This package combines multiple components located in the same engine bay area into a unified solution focused on thermal management and crankcase ventilation. The turbo heat shield is developed using internal scan data to ensure an OE-like fit while shielding surrounding components from turbine heat.

The included Air Oil Separator (AOS) is engineered to reduce oil contamination in the intake system by separating oil from crankcase vapors before reintroduction into the intake tract. Multi-stage filtration using coalescent filters, internal baffling, and stainless mesh helps maintain intake cleanliness and consistent engine operation. A CNC-machined resonator delete is also included to create space for the AOS and provide a finished appearance in the engine bay.
