The VERUS ENGINEERING A0770A Turbo Heat Shield with AOS Bundle is developed for the 2020 Toyota GR Supra 3.0L equipped with the factory two-port intake manifold. This bundle combines multiple components located in the same engine bay area into a cohesive solution focused on thermal management and crankcase ventilation. The turbo heat shield is designed using in-house scan data to achieve an OE-like fit and protect surrounding components from turbine heat.

The included Air Oil Separator (AOS) is engineered to reduce blow-by contamination in the intake system of the B58 engine. By separating oil from crankcase vapors before they re-enter the intake tract, the system helps maintain intake air quality and reduce the negative effects associated with oil ingestion. A resonator delete machined from aluminum is also included to create space for the AOS and provide a finished appearance.
