The EVENTURI Turbo Inlet Tube for Mercedes A35, CLA35, and A250 is engineered to provide a less restrictive airflow path to the turbocharger compared to the OEM component. The design increases internal volume and eliminates the flexible corrugated section, resulting in smoother and more laminar airflow.

A fully solid carbon fiber tube is used from the intake to the turbocharger, ensuring a continuous and efficient flow path. To accommodate engine movement, the system features a floating tube design, allowing controlled movement within the intake assembly. The geometry at the turbo end has been optimized using CFD analysis to minimize turbulence.

The OEM inlet tube features a restriction in the mid-section due to engine bay packaging constraints. The EVENTURI design increases the cross-sectional area in this region to reduce restriction and maximize internal volume.

By removing the flexible section, the system maintains smoother airflow and reduces drag on the turbocharger. Engine movement is managed through the intake system via a flexible sealing interface.

Machined breather block

The breather system includes multiple connections requiring precise integration. A CNC-machined breather block ensures accurate fitment while maintaining a smooth internal airflow path.
