The BORLA universal SwitchFire X-Pipe is engineered for custom exhaust applications, offering a low-profile design made possible through advanced hydroforming technology. Unlike conventional X-pipes, the patented SwitchFire design eliminates the turbulent center intersection, creating a seamless blending of exhaust pulses from both engine banks. This results in enhanced performance, improved exhaust flow, and a more aggressive exhaust note. Un-notched outlet necks are intended for weld-in installation, while optional use with 3" wide band clamps (18006, sold separately) is also possible.

Constructed from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel, this component provides superior strength, corrosion resistance, and durability compared to lower-grade 400-series steels such as 409. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends and CNC precision manufacturing ensure maximum flow and an accurate fitment, making it a versatile solution for custom performance exhaust systems.
