The BBS RT88 wheel is a motorsport-inspired design developed to combine authentic racing heritage with the durability required for modern high-performance road vehicles. Created through close collaboration between BBS Motorsport teams in Germany and the United States, the RT88 translates the engineering philosophy and iconic design of the legendary BBS E88 race wheel into a format suitable for everyday driving and track-day use.

This version features the distinctive Black Bright Diamond Cut finish, combining a deep black base with precisely machined diamond-cut surfaces that highlight the iconic motorsport mesh design. The finish enhances the visual contrast of the wheel while maintaining the premium quality and durability expected from BBS.

The wheel features a forged multi-spoke center inspired by the E88 paired with a high-strength forged barrel derived from the BBS LM wheel program developed in Japan. This construction increases structural rigidity while reducing unsprung mass, improving steering precision, suspension response, and overall vehicle handling. Unlike dedicated racing wheels, the RT88 incorporates durable finishes and enhanced air retention to ensure reliable performance during daily driving.

Manufactured using advanced forging technology and optimized through FEM structural analysis, the RT88 delivers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. The design also ensures compatibility with modern high-performance braking systems, including large brake packages and carbon ceramic brakes.
